Our “beautiful and sweet” wedding
cakes are each handmade to order from scratch using only the highest
quality of ingredients available. This includes Belgian chocolate,
locally grown organic berries, European preserves, freshly roasted
coffee, dairy fresh local eggs, butter and cream. We do not use margarine,
shortening, tropical oils, preservatives, pre-made fillings or mixes
in any of our cakes or pastry. We also hand make each of our luscious
cake fillings and Italian buttercream frosting. Our buttercream is
made to order for each wedding cake using only eggs, butter, sugar
and natural flavorings. That is why it is so amazingly good, not
too sweet and buttery smooth.
For freshness all of our cakes at Bella Dolce are baked as close as possible
to the wedding and are never frozen.
