Bella Dolce’s Classic Wedding Cake
Our white butter cake filled with decadent white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries, with two layers of European raspberry preserves.

Lemon Pound Cake
Rich pound cake baked with fresh lemon juice and zest, filled with layers of our own lemon curd. This cake is also wonderful with berries or as a lemon poppy-seed pound cake.

Chocolate Layer Cake
The classic moist and dark chocolate American layer cake.
It is complimented by many different flavor combinations. You may have either bittersweet chocolate or white chocolate mousse, and we can add raspberries, hazelnut cream, or coffee and Kahlua.

Golden Carrot Cake
Moist carrot cake baked with pineapple, pecans or walnuts and golden raisins or currants. Our recipe makes believers out of carrot cake skeptics.
Of course we only fill our carrot cake with layers of real cream cheese frosting.

In working with each couple we often come up with new combinations to work in the flavors of their favorite desserts or compliment their wedding theme.
Here are some of our new favorites…

Tropical Dream Cake
Moist coconut cake filled with a layer of coconut buttercream and layers of either lemon curd or key lime curd. This cake is amazing with our orange passion fruit sauce.

Summer Berry Cake
Our classic white wedding cake filled with decadent white chocolate mousse and a mix of fresh farmer’s market berries, with two layers of European raspberry preserves.

Summer Lemon Cake
A lighter lemon cake than our regular lemon pound cake. Our classic white wedding cake baked with lemon zest, filled with one layer of white chocolate mousse and two layers of our fresh lemon curd.

Key Lime Wedding Cake
Citrus pound cake baked with lemon, orange and lime zest, filled with layers of our real Key Lime curd.

Chocolate Caramel Cake
Our dark chocolate cake filled with layers of gooey caramel and your choice of toasted nuts or crushed Almond Roca.

Fall Spice Cake
Spice cake baked with six spices filled with layers of white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Vegan Chocolate Cake
Our dark chocolate layer cake baked without eggs or butter. Filled with a tofu based “cream cheese” frosting. The frosting can be flavored with fresh berries or toasted coconut. We can also easily adapt our Golden Carrot Cake to be vegan. There is a $1. per guest surcharge for vegan cakes. We can also make only one layer of your cake vegan and the rest conventional if using a rolled fondant frosting.

These are only some of the flavors possible. If you have any other ideas or requests just ask! We have made wedding cheesecakes, Tiramisu, hazelnut cake accented with Frangelico, princess cake, almond pound cake with Amaretto and apricot preserves, fresh fruit fillings, added layers of marzipan, Tahitian vanilla bean pastry cream, or whipped cream and fresh strawberries or peaches in the summer.
