For each holiday throughout
the year Eileen designs new cookies and bakes traditional desserts
of the season.
No season is busier in our kitchen than at Christmas. We start baking
our hand painted holiday gingerbread and shortbread cookies at Thanksgiving
and make hundreds each week until New Year’s.
Some of the highlights of our holiday menus are: chocolate Buche de
Noel, croquembouche centerpieces, maple pumpkin tartlets, pear almond
puffs, mixed nut tartlets, eggnog crème brulee, and Italian
Panettone bread pudding.
We would be happy to make desserts and cookies for your family or employee
holiday parties so you can relax and enjoy the season.
Since it is such a busy time of year please place your orders holiday
orders as early as possible.
